Credential
When you teach a complex course, or train someone to perform specialize work, you can credential them. A credential is a document that demonstrates that you have conferred a skill or right onto another person:

The Student named below has satisfactorily completed the extended course in Unearthing Dinosaurs. They have demonstrated their skill at resurrecting dinosaurs from prims, animating them with scripts, and a complete understanding of the rules and regulations of the Dinosaur Games.
The Dinosaur Gaming Guild hereby confers on this Student the title of "Master Archeologist" with all the rights and honors appertaining thereunto. In particular, a Master Archeologist may create dinosaurs that participate in the Dinosaur Games, and can be sold with the "Dinosaur Gaming Guild Approved" insignia.
