Employment
Employees and employers should sign documents with the details of the employment. This protects both parties by setting down what is expected of each.
**** Employment Contract
The undersigned (Employee) and Really Swingin' Casino (RSC) agree to enter into an employee/employer relationship.
The Employee will act as a host/hostess at RSC's casino in Hotsim 64,128.
Employee's duties are to:
- Greet guests
- Show guests around
- Answer general questions
- Offer drinks
- Maintain a happy, fun atmosphere
- Hand out discretionary gifts (provided by RSC) to guests
- Report broken objects
- Ensure things don't get out of hand
Employee is expected to work at minimum three, two hour shifts per week.
RSC will pay employee L$500/hour, to be paid at most 24 hours after any shift worked.
This relationship is "at will": Either party may terminate the arrangement with no advance notice. At termination, RSC will still be responsible for pay for work completed.
Both parties agree that should a dispute concerning this matter arise, we will enter into mediation using the services and procedures of the SL Mediators group.
